The Academy maintains standing committeeson Ethics, Research and Education, Legislationand Membership. The "Code of Ethics andProcedural Standards," jointly promulgated bythe Academy and the American ArbitrationAssociation, is the subject of continuing studyand interpretive opinions by the Ethics Com-mittee.

The Academy reprints for its members, lec-tures on various aspects of arbitration deliveredat its meetings. A membership "Newsletter"devoted to internal organizational matters iscirculated several times each year.

The business affairs of the Academy are con-ducted through the Office of the Secretary, thepresent location of which is 134 N. LaSalle St.,Chicago 2, III.
