• Projected enhancements allow for the assessment of user learning• Assessment of learning acquired through OCW and other OER

• Backpack can become a learning portfolio to be assessed for college credit

• Learning portfolio can be electronically routed to KNEXT for assessment

• Assessment completed by qualified and trained college faculty or other Subject Matter Experts in their field

• Credit recommendations and prior validated learning are combined in an Educational Passport

• An Educational Passport can be used for transfer to accepting institutions

*KNEXT does not guarantee the award of credit. Credit awarded is at the sole discretion of the receiving institution.
