ANNUAL MEETING POSTPONED: Due to a lack of quorum at our October 26 Annual Meeting, the meeting has been moved to Sunday, November 9th immediately following the 10:15 service. The quorum at the follow up meeting is made up of members who attend. All of the reports were presented on October 26th. The November 9th meeting will be a brief meeting to elect deacons and ratify the reports.

Our Children`s ministry programming runs until 11:40. Please have one parent pick up your child(ren) no later than 11:45. Thanks for your cooperation.
TODAY: Nursery to Grade 5 at 10:15am. Parents, if your child needs your attention, you will be paged by having your child's number appear on the video screen. Mother's and Parenting rooms are available next to the children's wing in the Atrium Concourse.

19TH ANNUAL CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION is December 5th - 8th. This year's guest artists are Leon Leontaridis and Chelsea Mahan. Tickets are available at the church office, or go to www.elimchristmas.com. Posters and handbills are available at the Information Centre.
EMERGENCY PROCEDURES: In the event of an emergency where we need to evacuate the building parents are reminded NOT to try to find their children. Our Children’s ministry staff will bring your child to the muster point located on the city sidewalk between our parking lot and Slimmon Road, directly across from the main entrance.

HONOR OUR PASTORS' WIVES: The Wednesday morning ladies prayer group is hosting a time of fun, food and fellowship on Saturday, November 15th at 10am. All ladies are invited to attend and get to know our pastors' wives as they share a bit about themselves and their families. Tickets are $5 and available in the Atrium today.
