With each GigaCenter installation, we are moving closer to reaching our goal of providing fiber optic service to every home in Gila River. While it may take some time, we also want to make sure we are providing superior quality service along the way.
Our new Gigacenter Installation Coordinator, Kim Martinez will be contacting you when it is time to have a GigaCenter installed in your home. Kim will also provide a follow-up call to make sure your services are operating smoothly.
During the follow-up call tell us about your experience with the installation, good or not so good. We want to make sure our customers are satisfied with the installation process and quality of service.
