Pour the powder into a container(the weight ratio is 1:2.5), stir the mixture with a whisk until the powder is completely dissolved.

The ice cream mix should be kept in the mixing container at room temperature for 15 minutes. For best possible results, the mixture should be stirred during the 15 minutes.

Pour the mix into the hopper of soft ice cream machine. Please confirm that some mix has flowed into the cylinder before starting the machine. The ice cream will be made within 10 minutes.
