Our management brainstorming formed a crucial part in developing the idea of first in its kind usage of highly active online population from a technical services firm, Oceanof Unique Resolution (O.U.R) LLP owned by one of the directors at Oceanof Panels.

We are a research agency and an online panel service provider with organically nurtured opted-in respondents across USA and INDIA. Furthermore, our panel marketplace network allows us to access a highly responsive respondent database in more than 60 countries.

Our panel is marketed online through a portal that allows the panelist to see their account activity, which also triggers redemption of their respective earnings in cash/PayPal once they reach the minimum earning.

Oceanof Panels also delivers survey programming, survey hosting and other panel related services through different vendors in the market as a mediator on Client request from our select partners.

Global Reach

Oceanof Panels Provides its clients with an option to blend proprietary and marketplace sample for the studies (especially multi-country), both being professionally managed under one roof.

We only use our proprietary panels for all the projects in USA and INDIA, but if the study is for any country apart from these two, we use our shared marketplace which gives us access to professionally managed sample pools from several other panel owners. These providers are chosen based on their capabilities and quality control measures, and their adherence to ISO-based processes.

In cases the client requests Oceanof Panels to source panellists from third-party sources (Outside the Marketplace), this process is performed in compliance with our partners ISO processes as well as our policy on transparency.

Our proprietary panels and the marketplace have strict compliance with the ICC/ESOMAR international code and ISO standards (Our panel Marketplace and panel management tool complies to its ISO 20252/26362 certification)

Our research/Panel management tool has a wide range of features to deal with professional/duplicate respondents. The system includes stratified sampling to get various types of respondents, including active and less-active panellists. The length of the survey is evaluated and compared against individual answers. The tool identifies and excludes multiple panel respondents both through email address and by name. Postal address and bank data is also investigated if the payment method supports this.

Our marketplace alliance has a panel quality team that continuously analyses panel data to identify ‘fraudulent’ or ‘inattentive’ panellists.
