The Marine Turtle Conservation Advocacy event was held in a port in Tanmen – a small town in Hainan province where the main source of local livelihoods depends on fishing, unfortunately, outlawed hunting of marine turtles and other endangered marine species prevail here. Before the event, we dispatched advocacy posters and pamphlets to local fishermen.
