The wide use of chemicals in many settings such as manufacturing, facilities management, and

construction poses environmental health and safety challenges requiring special expertise. Several

OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations require the evaluation of risks associated with chemicals and

An occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS) facilitates organizational effectiveness to foster health and safety improvements. Applying an approach introduced by quality control pioneer Dr. W. Edwards Deming, our OHSMSs employ the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) model to improve corporate health and safety outcomes. Colden’s tailored OHSMS yields improvements in corporate communication, morale, quality, and injury and illness rates. Asbestos and Lead Management Colden Corporation provides expert asbestos management services for maintaining asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) in-place, or facilitating renovation projects involving potential disturbance of ACMs. Colden provides lead-based paint (LBP) management services that parallel our expert asbestos management services.
