JOB DESCRIPTION

Area: Talent Management

Position: Organizational Committee President On Going Recruitment Reports to: VP Talent Management Period: From June 3rd to August 3rd, 2011. Job Description The OCP will be in charge of investigating all the open opportunities in the areas and in the OCs where new people could engage with the LC. Once the investigation is already done, the OCP is going to realize the recruitment of the new members of the LC UCR. The OCP will be responsible to manage the recruitment process, from promotion to interviews and the inclusiveness of the new members on the LC. The OCP will be responsible to create a virtual recruitment process to complement the recruitment process. This person will also be responsible for the management of the team, and will be the final responsible the accomplishment of all the goals established on this document. Basic Responsibilities

Pacification of goals, strategies and activities among the members of the OC;

Structure the processes for the OC for the fulfillment of the goals;

Train and track the OC members;

Investigate for the opportunities that are open in the areas and in the other OCs;

Plan the logistic for the promotion of the opportunities inside the LC;

Plan the logistics interviews;

Make sure each new member has one buddy;

Ensure a Team Experience among the OC members.

Plan and deliver the Newbie’s General Induction

Measures of Success

To find a person for every JD available in the LC.

Deliver the general Induction for new members.

Job Description This person will be in charge of the promotion of the OC’s activities, Talent Marketing, and also of the internal communication that the OC could deliver. Basic Responsibilities

Communicate the messages that the OC needs to deliver to the LC.

Develop Talent Marketing strategies.

Elaborate promotional or visual material that the OC will need,

Collaborate in the delivery of the general induction

Measures of Success

To find a person for every JD in the LC.

Elaborate, at least, one video at the end of the term with the people recruited.

Position: Organizational Committee Vice-President TM Reports to: OCP OGR Period: From June 3rd to August 3rd, 2011. Job Description The VP TM for the OC OGR is responsible for the TM processes regarding the Recruitment process. These include making the Interviews, keep track of the positions available in the LC, communicating an applicant if he/she were admitted into the LC, and informing each VP if a new member comes into their area. Basic Responsibilities

Learn and train every OC member in making the Selection Interviews

Inform the applicant if he/she made it into the organization.

Deliver the Member’s contract to the person if he/she were admitted.

Inform a VP if a new member is in their area.

Collaborate in the delivery of the general induction

Measures of Success

To find a person for every JD in the LC.

Every member received an adequate induction.

Job Description This person will be in charge of coordinating every activity possible for the OC, in order to ensure the availability of each person involved in the process, when necessary. Also, this person will be in charge of initiating each applicant’s process through the Recruitment. Basic Responsibilities

Program (set a date and place) the interviews.

Send interested people an application for them to fill up.

Check each application after it has been filled up.

Collaborate in the delivery of the general induction
