OBJECTIVE: Learn to work with unit rates.

How many of you have ever had to spend your own money for food? If you walk into a store and are starving but have to spend

your own money, how do you go about deciding what to buy?

Our lesson today on unit rates/unit prices will help us in making smart decisions

when choosing food to buy for our shopping.

Unit rates are rates in which the second quantity is 1.
