Founded in 2009, Oakhurst Insurance Company Limited is part of the Badger Group which was established in 1995 and which operates internationally. It was founded as a response to a need in the South African market for a motor-focused insurer offering unique products and excellent premiums.

Oakhurst prides itself on creative and innovative insurance solutions, as well as its strong and long-lasting relationships with partners. We enjoy a reputation as a leader in telematics-driven motor insurance and also offer a unique range of products within car, home, business and life insurance.

• As partners who work with us on alternative risk-transfer programmes and structures through our Risk Capital or Re-insurance divisions

• Partnering with businesses that have a relevant interest in insurance related services
