COMPOSTING / VERMICULTURE

Static Pile Composting

Impervious to external influences. Superior pathogene kill - no weed

seeds. Accelerating composting methode that uses less space, less

labour and equipment. Premium quality compost. No foul odours, no

vectors.

In Vessel Rotary Composter

Full automatic and articulated in-vessel rotary composter with built-

in temperature sensors and compost calculator. A complete pathogene,

parasite and weed seed kill within 1 week that produces stabilized

100% organic compost.

Vermiculture

Continuous Flow Reactors, as system that is continually fed. Red worms

move upward through the feedstock/bedding layers.

Vermicompost is harvested by scraping a thin layer of finished material

from just above the grill using a rake or a manually or hydraulically

operated blade.



VERTICAL GROWING SYSTEM

The Vertical Growing System is a simple, clean and cost-effective

rapid fresh produce growth system. The VGS is scalable and can be

configured to suit the local demand for fresh food and can be sized to

fit virtually any space parameters in any location.

Waste to Fuel

Patented Catalytic Depolymerisation Process converts rubber,

plastics, textiles, used oils, into high chalorific oils

(cracking oil, blending oil, off road engine fuel, No2 fuel, heating oil).

Waste to Gas

Patented Gasifier Process converts woods, timber, C&D woodwaste,

rice husks, most kind of dry biomass in high grade clean gas.

WASTE TO GAS

Gasifier System

The system convert waste wood, biomass and other low-cost

feedstock into “green gas” which is used to generate heat and power

continuously.

The modules are designed around standard shipping container skids.

In this way, each unit can be assembled and tested at the factory

before it is easily transported and installed on site. A relocation is

also possible, if required. The modular design with its small footprint,

means that the units can be sited almost anywhere. Industries or

facilities requiring power, heat, steam or cooling can benefit from

lower cost, lower carbon emission and control over their own power

generation using their own on-site plant.

The system uses downdraft gasification technology that is widely

accepted as the cleanest most efficient methode of converting bio-

mass and other feedstocks into valuable syngas. An innovative

patented process separates from competition, added to 7 stages of

syngascleaning, making it one of the purest fuels available for

generating power.
