A) Registers to be maintained:

Stock Register (Production to sales)

Lab Chemicals/Reagent (Used for Analysis of samples)

Lab Analysis Register (Batch/lot wise)

Raw Material Register (Used for Production)

B) Ferrous Sulphte Heptahydrate 19% - Agricultural Grade To be mentioned in all related documents and packing bag.

C) Storage Individual Storage to be maintained and should not be mixed with any-other stock.

D) Documents with Dispatch No special documents is required except the Licence no., to be mentioned in the Invoice.

E) Every-month before 7th, production & district-wise sales details to be submitted to the Licensing Govt body.

F) All the documents, stock and product may be audited any-time by the concerned Govt Official.
