Software Licensing Agreement

Columbia University granted Paragon Management Systems in 1995 a non-

exclusive software license agreement for the CUISE 2.0 software package.

License fee is $ 20,000 up front and between $ 4,000 and $ 7,000 for each copy

installed.

Paragon Management Systems made CUISE 2.0 operational in facilities of

Guilford Fabrics (North Carolina) in 1995.
