With exceptional credits in film, TV and advertising, the NYC staff provide grading, online editorial, audio post, format conversion, duplication, encoding and quality control (QC) services. Our New York clients include production companies, creative agencies and editorial houses, as well as cable networks, content providers and distributors utilizing a variety of traditional and new media delivery systems.

Cloud Media ServicesPowered by world-class infrastructure spread over 13,000 sq ft, we offer a range of SLA-bound creative and technical cloud media services to manage multi-platform content operations.

Audio: Dolby Certified 7.1 mixing theater that offers a complete range of audio services, from full feature film mix to broadcast mixing and on site V/O recording services with ISDN capabilities.

2K Screening Room: Our cutting edge Color Correction Theater has 2K projection and seating capacity for 10. The screening room also has a Baselight Color corrector and DCP screening capabilities.

UHD Color Correction: Our UHD color correction has a Dolby Grading Monitor and DaVinci Linux Resolve 11 conform along with grading system with 4K at 60P capabilities.

Editing: World-class offline and online edit suites at your disposal. We run FCP, AVID DS, AVID Symphony, Flame and Smoke systems. We currently have 3 offline and 3 large online suites.

Telecine: 16mm and 35mm film-to-tape transfers in both HD and SD.

Mastering QC: Operations QC file and tape masters for both theatrical and broadcast releases.

Content Services: Encoding, transcoding and file delivery services as well as full service tape duplication/standards conversions (Alchemist PHC, UKON).

Prime Focus Technologies NYC also provides Cloud Media Services ranging from Localization Services like Subtitling, Dubbing, Access Services (Audio Description, Closed Captioning, Subtitles for the Deaf or Hard of Hearing) and Text to Text Localization, Digital Playout Services (TV Everywhere) to Metadata Services and Bulk Digitization Services.
