Two major system enhancements this year:

October 28th •New status codes were developed and National Office update all status

accordingly.

November 14th

•All records between July 1, 2009 and June 30, 2010 will be updated as follows: •“On Hold” records will be updated to “No Match” and no e-mail will be sent•“Approved” records where the prospective volunteer did NOT become a

volunteer, will be updated to “No Match” and no e-mail will be sent.•“Approved” records where the prospective volunteer did become a volunteer

will be properly mapped in the system.

APPROVE – PROSPECTIVE VOLUNTEER RECEIVES THE FOLLOWING E-MAILDear Prospective Volunteer,Thank you for your interest and application to volunteer with the AARP Tax-Aide program where volunteers are key to our success! As a result of your recent interview and interest in our program, you have been approved to participate in training and certification as an AARP Tax-Aide volunteer. Congratulations. As the tax season approaches, you will receive information from your AARP Tax-Aide Volunteer Leader concerning date(s) and location for your training.Thank you for your support of AARP Tax-Aide.
