Ziden Nutt was born in Hammond, Indiana, Oct. 29, 1936. While in

high school he was active in the Mission projects of his home church. One

project included a chapel on wheels built and used throughout the Gary,

Indiana,.area..

It

resultedJn much-fruit for the.Jocal congregation. Also,

the

chapel was used to assist the area churches in

the

establishment of a

Negro Congregation. He attended Lincoln Bible Institute three years,

then transfered to Ozark ible

College

to take their

Mission major

He

was active in both school mission groups, serving as president. He served

student

ministeries

at

Mt Pleasant

and

Oak Grove Christian Churches

near Carthage, After marriage to Helen Farkner, May 30th, 1958,

they have served the church at Galesburg, Kansas.

Helen was born December 17th, 1936, at Harton, Missouri, to Chris

tian parents. She entered Ozark Bible College in the fall of 1954. She,

too, was active in the Lord s Reapers the college mission group . She has

directed and t aught in several vacation Bible schools. She graduated from

Ozark Bible College in 1958.

Their Help

They were accepted by the Southern Rhodesian Churches of

Christ Mission board of directors on October 18th, 1960.

This

board, consisting of consecrated workers in God s

Kingdom

will

give assistance to the

Nutt

family in getting into Southern Rho

desia and will

publici ;e

their work to America. They will also

serve as an advisory board for the work.

Mrs. Crystal F. Nutt will serve as their forwarding agent.

She has been in mission activity for many years and has encouraged

her son, Ziden, in this great work.

A forwarding agent does not have an easy task. Records,

receipts and letters to write will take much work. They must

also keep others informed of the work. Both Mr. Ziden E. Nutt

and wife. Crystal, are of strong Christian character and we are

proud to have them as our forwarding agents.
