Protein
• Helps digestion.
• 4 types of structure.
Primary structure, Secondary structure, Tertiary structure, and Quaternary.
Fibre
• Hold the tissues together.
• Three different kinds:
Vegetable fibre, Animal fibre, and Mineral fibre.
Vitamins
• You need a certain amount of vitamins to stay healthy.
• Too much vitamins won’t help and can cause some sickness.
• Many different types:
Example: Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin C, etc.• Different vitamin helps different part of the
body like that vitamin A help your sight.
Dietary
• A dietary supplement, also known as food supplement or nutritional supplement.
• Is a preparation intended to provide nutrient.
Water
• Tasteless and odourless.
• Is really important for all creatures.
• People need it to live.
