The company operates through Single Channel Distribution System. Recently, it has decided to lower the number of major stockists for its product. It wishes to consolidate the Distribution network to improve its ROI. Presently, the organization operates with around 700-1000 Super- Stockist/distributor in the country. In the state of Odisha, the company has a single C&FA unit in the city of Cuttack. Also it operates through a single major distributor for all its FMCG products in the state, OM ASSOCIATES, Bhubaneswar. As explained earlier, the company has its sole distributor for the state in the city of Bhubaneswar, Om Associates. The distributor has 28 smaller distribution center across Odisha. Also it has 2 major hubs in Sambalpur and Berhampur which act as a logistic center of the distributor.
