• NU granted Temporary Construction Easement (0.67 acre)
• NU responsible for Construction & Ongoing Maintenance of Fire Lane Path
• Fire Lane Path Lease (0.47 acre) – Length of Fire Lane on City property is 315 ft; City
Bike Path connection to Fire Lane is 50ft long– City & NU enter into 25 year lease agreement,
optional 25 year renewal– Inspection at year 20 for maintenance & repair
