WHAT TO TEACHHOW TO TESTHOW TO TEACHThe assessment and training works in tandem. Those who have completed training or relevant experience can submit themselves for assessment and be certified as proof of their competence. In like manner, those who did not make it in the assessment can attend the training for which they are not yet competent. With both programs linked to competency standard, quality training and assessment are ensured.

This is the TESDA way and all of these are detailed in what we called Training Regulations or TR. Each qualification has its own TR.
