By the time you are reading our new Winter/Spring catalog, we will have moved into our new offices and classroom spaces at One Ferncroft Road on our Danvers campus. We are excited about our move, and hope you will visit our offices in the Math and Science building and sign

up for classes right away! Our Corporate and Community Education Division office suite will be in 106C with adjoining space for our Corporate Training Solutions (CTS) Department in 108. Our Adult Learning Center moved to rooms 223A & B on the second floor and has been settled in for a while. On the Danvers campus, along with classroom spaces in the various buildings, we have beautifully redesigned classrooms specifically dedicated to our computer classes, our A+ labs (for Help Desk Technician training and more), our many Health classes (such as Nurse Assistant, Phlebotomy, EKG,) and our fantastic new Aesthetics lab, where we will hold our regular Aesthetics classes and additional new workshops for those already working in the field. Corporate Training Solutions also has brand new space so that we can offer you training in everything from Customer Service, to Supervisory skills

to Negotiation skills. CTS can still be reached at 978-236-1206, 1207, or 1240. We will continue to hold classes on the Lynn campus and on our Middleton site, along with off-site locations such as Alfalfa Farm. Come and enjoy our new state-of-the-art kitchen in Middleton – it is the ideal spot to perfect your culinary skills! Our Kids to College program continues to be a favorite place to send your children for unique learning experiences on a college campus (we were named one of Top Ten Youth Programs on the North Shore by North Shore Magazine in 2015!). Make sure you review the many options for your K-12th graders! Find out what career pathway your teenagers may be interested in! Have them try out SCRUBS, Culinary Arts, Vet Science, or Aviation – designed to help them explore their interests. Call 978-236-1232 for more information about Kids to College classes. Additionally, in conjunction with Northeast ARC, we offer CCAP (College and Career Access Project), a remarkable vocationally-focused program in either Basic Canine or Feline Care or Landscaping and Plant Care for young adults with intellectual, developmental, or learning disabilities. Please come visit us in Danvers so we can proudly show you our new space! All of our contact information will remain the same! We can still be reached at 978-236-1200.

Tai Chi for Fitness and WellnessTai Chi is an ancient form of Chinese exercise for the mind and body. Originally practiced as a martial art, today it is practiced throughout the world for health and wellness. Based on nature and harmony and the philosophy of yin and yang, we practice these gentle slow and flowing movements with the idea that you are moving against resistance as though the air is dense and thick. This builds inner power and can help strengthen the bones and muscles, improve mental and physical balance and can improve and possibly prevent chronic conditions such as arthritis, heart disease and diabetes. Train at your own level as you begin learning the fundamentals of the traditional Yang tai chi long form for increased health and longevity.COURSE CODE CRN STARTS MTG TIME DAY(S) DURATION LOCATION INSTRUCTOR FEE
