Section 3i Project Activities

One of the first tasks of NPTEL was the identification of faculty and courses in all thedisciplines mentioned above. The first meeting of the pIC in May, 2003 in New Delhiadopted the procedure introduced earlier and finalized the names of the facultycoordinators in each discipline from each PI. Also all activities in each discipline werecoordinated by PDCs chosen by the PIC. The names are given in the Annexure 4.The following tables give the final list of courses in Web/Video format prepared byfaculty in each discipline along with their names and affiliations. A table is givenbelow which describes courses distributed as web or video across various pls: This isfollowed by a more comprehensive list of courses discipline-wise and Institute-wise.
