  • 7. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Products
    • RFID is a system that transmits the identity of an object or person wirelessly, using radio waves
    • Unlike UPC bar-code technology, RFID does not require contact or line of sight
    • III is the world leader in RFID technology, holding over 30% of global patents
      • III RFID systems established or in Beta Testing in a variety of industries including Healthcare, Airport & Port Security and Food Management
      • Additional applications in Logistics, Education and Defense sectors
    • NDT and III have established a joint venture with a major U.S. Retailer to develop and test RFID solutions for their inventory tracking needs
  • 8. WiMax Products
    • WiMax is a wireless digital communications system intended for wireless "metropolitan area networks
      • 2 nd -generation protocol allows more efficient bandwidth use, interference avoidance, and higher data rates over longer distances.
      • WiMax can provide broadband wireless access (BWA) up to 30 miles for fixed stations compared to just 100-300 feet for WiFi
    • NDT is partnered with Gil Technologies to install WiMax in the Italian Alps
      • Planning to expand sales program with Gil to other countries.
    • NDT is in numerous discussions for future WiMax installations

    • NDT eLearning platform built around convergence of connectivity, notebook computers and leading-edge eLearning software
    • III is a leader in eLearning technology
    • NDT has developed pilot program with Orange County Department of Education to showcase eLearning and its interaction with WiMax and RFID
    • NDT in developmental stage of eLearning projects with III in Fiji, in collaboration with Taiwan and Fiji governments; scheduled for launch in summer 2009

      • Manufactured with Taiwan partner, sold through and integrated with existing systems integrator, Ingram Micro
      • Screen sizes from as small as 26 inch to stadium size displays.
      • Delivers media content to an un-tethered digital signage display via daily, weekly or monthly delivery schedules created from a PC
    • Hardware, software sale, recurring revenue through wireless connectivity and content delivery software
    • Can be installed anywhere power is available -- buildings, buses, trains, taxis, subway, freeways
      • Initial targets - municipal transportation systems with existing vinyl signage
