Through our partnership with DuraPlaq we can offer artwork finished on various substrates. The facility owns the largest flatbed printer in Colorado and can print on any flat surface, including but not limited to metal, tile, stone, wood, and plastic.

We can provide clients with a self-guided Art Tour upon the completion of the project. The tour is done in both brochure and digital formats. We utilize QR codes in the tour for people to learn about the artists and their work.

With an artist on staff, we have the unique ability to create custom designs for any facility. Working with your ideas, we have experience to create history walls, donor walls, interior and exterior sculpture, and many other custom pieces.

Through studies on Evidence Based Design and Patient Centered Care, we have created our own Constructive Healing Cycle. We achieve the same harmony in art design as found in nature using different styles and materials to replicate the elements.

Community becomes an important factor in many projects. Designs can reflect a facility’s community through use of artwork that echoes the landscape, represents the local demographics, and coordinates with the architecture and design plans. We often use local artists to create site-specific work in order to support and directly involve the public.

Artwork can bring together all design elements to enhance the impression of the client’s brand. It is important for employees to work in an environment that represents their brand—and for visitors to gain an immediate and positive vision of the company.

Development Solutions GroupProject Development GroupDenver, Colorado

We have worked closely with Development Solutions Group, a real estate development firm, to create art programs for three of their recent medical office projects. In each of the public spaces of the medical office buildings, Development Solutions asked us to create an environment in which the artwork reflected the level of professionalism of the physicians groups occupying the space. Additionally, the artists and artwork selected needed to reflect the surrounding community and environment. In the Canyon View Medical Plaza, local artists from Grand Junction were commissioned to create works that mirrored the surrounding demographics and landscape. Many of the scenes included local vineyards and the surrounding mountains. Each selected artist works in a different medium in order for the art to create interest and dimension throughout the facility.

In this project it was our charge to marry the artwork to the Mission of Centura, which is to “extend the healing ministry of Christ by caring for who those are ill and by nurturing the health of the people in our communities”. We created a narrative with the commissioned artwork around the many properties of the Aspen tree to show

healing, roots and community, caring and outreach. In our effort to support the local community, we

commissioned art by Castle Rock artists who work in different mediums. This narrative was aligned with the hospital’s CREATION project which focused on whole-

body wellness. In conjunction with the CREATION project, we developed an Art Tour for patients, visitors

and the community to discover more about each commissioned artwork as well as its connection to

the narrative and Centura Mission. In addition to the printed art tour brochures, visitors are able to access a website through QR Codes which provides further

information for each piece.

Communication and relationships are another main focus of our design process. We pride ourselves on building lasting relationships with every client. Because we charge no design fees, we are available to meet with you or communicate virtually throughout the entire project. Our goal is collaborate with you and listen to your ideas in order to create an art design that will create a first and lasting impression for your client.
