• 60% hired after work placement, 40% of whom within 1 year after work placement

• 307 / 800 companies collaborating

• 70% fidelity rate

• Over € 3.6 million invested in scholarship fund

Overcoming mobility barriers

The NoviaSalcedo Foundation (NSF) is a not-for-profit private

cultural foundation with 30 years of experience in

establishing bridges between education and work.

Our missionis to accompany young people in finding their place in the world of work and in

wider society.

In overcoming barriers to youth employment, we have found that is fundamental to:

• Have a strong initial diagnosis; understand the situation

• Focus on local and regional levels, working together with key stakeholders
