For Youth:• Scholarship programme

funded by companies for practical in-company training

• NSF trains youths in emerging fields

• Youths then implement learnings in host organisations

• To keep them abreast of latest issues regarding youth employment, labour issues…

For Companies:

Overcoming barriers to companies

During 2011• 700 youths integrated in

companies

• 60% hired after work placement, 40% of whom within 1 year after work placement

• 307 / 800 companies collaborating

• 70% fidelity rate

• Over € 3.6 million invested in scholarship fund

• 5 102 youths integrated in companies

• 70% hired after work placement

• 850 organisations contribute to scholarship programme

• 46 organisations accompanied by NSF to improve management

• Over €20 million invested in scholarship fund

Overcoming mobility barriers

Activities:• Work with local companies

which have international implantations

• Work with companies and organisations abroad

• Global Mobility Programme Miguel De La Quadra Salcedo (under development)

Achievements• 355 youths have

participated in International Work Placement programmes in the past 6 years

• 80 in 2011 alone

• Estimated 100 via Global Mobility Programme
