A Day of Restoration
Sunday, November 23rd 1:30 - 3:00 pm
Stretch and Restore($8 per person if you have an unlimited fitness pass or a
10 punch pass. $10 per person if you do not. 10 to 12 max)
Find balance, restoration, and healing using the practice of restorative Yoga. Thepractice engages our parasympathetic nervous system which takes the body intoa state to rest and digest. It is through rest that our bodies heal. In this state our
tissues renew and rejuvenate themselves, as we provide nourishment and supportto the body through active engagement of prana. Learn how to move inward findingconnection to the breath. Open the body and mind through gentle movement andstretch. Then allow let yourself go deep into restorative practice using supported
poses for extended periods of time that allow for the body to really benefit from theposes. Reduce stress as you release physical, mental, and emotional tension fromthe body and mind finding balance, restoration, and healing.
Register at the Fitness Front Desk or call 623-580-9556. No refunds available.
