• Can create budget profiles. Members of each profile must be assigned individually. For us = bad.
• Used for people we wanted to keep out of general extracts.
• Executives – we did use this profile to pull in all execs separately.• No Increases – for various reasons, these people were not pulled into any
extracts (ie; STD, terms, new hires, etc)

• Can only identify/categorize extracts by;

• Description, not extract ID appears in Salary Planner
• We used Category (ie: Staff, Faculty, Service) as Extract Description
