Please do not burn your leaves, take them to the leaf pile by the four wheeler trail entrance and don’t leave them in bags. Also don’t leave them in the streets as them just make the roads muddier and adds more dust. Drive by the pool and see the new cover, hopefully the spring work will be a little easier and quicker. I would like to thank everyone who helped in any way with our Fall party, a special thank you to Tina Geboy for her delicious cookies. Also for John and Cathy for all they have done for our Social functions this year. A BIG THANK to everyone who helped our Social committee in anyway and also helping to get a playground in place and it has been enjoyed by all. THANK YOU!!! See you in the Spring for more fun! 2016 Plans so far! May 7 – 10 am Social meeting. Come to the social meetings and give us

your ideas. We are going to start a new monthly event called Meet and Greet at 11:30. Any new members will be encouraged to come and meet other campers and we will provide cookies and coffee. All welcome, we will have packets available with the 2007 by-laws and other important info about the camp.

May 30- 9am Coffee and Donuts will return every Friday morning. May 28 Movie Night – after Dark. Popcorn will be provided. May 29 – Breakfast at the lodge. July 23- Christmas in July! 5pm at the lodge. See Nancy Padovano, Lot 105 to volunteer to help. ***Due to so many food allergies - all children under 18 need to have an adult present at KAL functions where food is served.

Prayers for Bill Fleming who is having knee surgery for the 2nd time and Sammy Gonterman and Keith Reeves both who had surgery, Fred Schneider, Jr and Mark & Terri Bowling and anyone who is need of prayers. ~ If you know of someone in need of a few special prayers please email your requests to tabber84@yahoo.com.

Bonnie Keister, Lot #96 Brother, Michael "Mike" Anthony Carpenter, age 54, went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, September 27, 2015. Preceded in death by his parents John and Mary (Bechhold) Carpenter Sr. and half-brother John Carpenter Jr. Mike is survived by children, Christopher Brigner, John-Michael Overholt, Zac Carpenter, Aaron Carpenter and Mariah Carpenter; brother, William Carpenter; sisters, Kathleen (Jeff) Hall, Patricia (David) Chapman and Bonnie (Don) Keister; two grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and friends. There will be a private celebration of Mike's life at a later date. Donations in Mike's name to his favorite Ministries would be appreciated; Better Way Ministry, PO Box 307315, Columbus, Ohio 43230; and Refuge Ministry, PO Box 163173, Columbus, Ohio 43216.
