Every actor has a journey that starts with their chance to

stretch themselves and really learn to love what they do For

most kids, it is shows like the one you are seeing today that

start that journey I am so happy to know this is the fi rst full

scale musical for many of my student and for the others, a

chance for them to learn and grow in this amazing piece of

theatre I am so grateful to those whom continue to support

this amazing program at MPAA There is not another

program in the SW Washington/Portland area where students ages 6-13 get opportunities

like this These students get their own production, where they are performing lead roles,

while learning technical training in the performing arts Arts funding in our schools

continues to decrease and a need for programs like ours is more vital than ever

As MPAA continues to build its programming, I hope that you will support us and help us

provide more opportunities like this We are currently looking to expand our programming

and acquire a larger performing facility Our community deserves a facility where all

members of the community can grow and learn in the arts in a safe space I ask you to

please make a year-end tax deductible donation to Metropolitan Performing Arts Academy

to help us move towards our goal and build this Performing Arts Center Our capital

campaign will feature a one year plan to raise the needed 15 million dollars We need

your support!

Thank you for attending ANNIE Jr and supporting children’s theatre performed by

actual children

Warmest Regards,

Noah Scott, Founding Creative Director
