    BY THE ENGINEER, PAYMENT WILL BE ACCORDING TO SECTION 213.04 OF THE STANDARD

    APPROVED BY THE ENGINEER. WHEN ADDITIONAL CLEAN-OUTS ARE PERFORMED AS DIRECTED

    WHEN DIRECTED BY THE ENGINEER, AND PROPERLY DISPOSE OF THE MATERIAL AT SITES

    AND SILT FENCES ACCORDING TO SECTION 213.03.05 OF THE STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS, OR
