APPROVED BY THE ENGINEER. WHEN ADDITIONAL CLEAN-OUTS ARE PERFORMED AS DIRECTED

AND SILT FENCES ACCORDING TO SECTION 213.03.05 OF THE STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS, OR
