Shareholders

Claus Rosenberg Gotthard has been self-

employed entrepreneur since the age of 25 where

he founded a progressive International Trading

company. In 1994 he opened an office in Moscow

dealing with various foodstuffs, and then opened

one of Russia’s first and largest professional

Facility Service companies.

In 2001 he was awarded `Small Business of the

Year` by the American Chamber of Commerce in

Russia. After exiting Russia, he established in

2005 together with a group of investors one of the

first Wind parks in Bulgaria.

Speaks Danish, English, German and Spanish.

Pavel Nazarian graduated in 1995 from the

Bauman State Technical University in Moscow,

holder of Master in Engineering, specializing in

‘optical instruments and systems’ and,

concurrently from Moscow International Marketing

and Management Academy holder of Master of

Economics, with honours. Member of Board of

Directors of Alfa Bank (Kazakhstan), OJSC TNK-

BP (Russia) and Alfa Asset Management Group

(Russia). Chairman of the Board of Directors of

Alfa Capital Holdings (Cyprus) Limited.
