Our new program has started. Feel free to join in at any time. All are welcome! RCIA meets every Tuesday evening at 7PM in the Siena Room. It is not necessary to sign up. PASTOR’S CORNER Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, Brother, I mean Father, Corwin’s ordination was a truly graced event. It has been a few years since I attended an ordination and I must admit to having teary eyes when Fr. Corwin prostrated himself as part of the Rite of Ordination. On Saturday night Fr. Corwin and I were talking in my office and while I could tell he was exhausted from the week’s events, he was glowing with God’s grace. Fr. Corwin will be in the Seattle area, where he is from, until the 12th saying Masses of Thanksgiving. I look forward to having him back and ministering at the altar of God. I cannot thank our community enough for all the preparation you offered to make the ordination such a success. You are so good! With Thanksgiving right around the corner, we have decided to change the Mass times of our holiday schedule when we only have one daily Mass. So on Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, etc., there will be only one Mass at 8:15 am instead of 9:00 am. No matter how much we advertise it many of you show up at 8:15 anyway, duh!, and does 45 minutes really make that much of a difference? If it does make a difference to you, then please do not answer this question. Advent this year begins the weekend of Nov 29-30 and you know what this means – liturgical dress codes! Last year I let you guys slide a little but this year liturgical color dress codes will be strictly enforced and violators will be made responsible for my extra-long homilies; peer pressure at its finest. On Nov 29-30, 6-7, 20-21 we will be wearing purple or violet. On Nov 13-14 we will be wearing rose (pink will do), have fun with it. Let’s get in the season and wear our colors proud.

God bless you all, Fr. Jerome
