1- Construction General Superintendent
Mott MacDonald, Abu Dhabi - UAE (2015 – Current) A senior leadership PMC role, assigned the Abu Dhabi Onshore Operating Company (ADCO) for the pilot project on Enhanced Oil Recovery using CO2 injection (Fast Track Project). It is the first Project with that technology in the Middle East.
2- Pipeline Superintendent Ch2M Hill, Abu Dhabi - UAE (2010 – 2015)
In 2010 I secured a senior leadership role with CH2M Hill, assigned the Abu Dhabi Onshore Operating Company (ADCO) for which the company is the project management consultant (PMC) on the South east (SAS) Field Development Project. I was given responsibility for delivering the $750 million Package (pipeline); of the $4.5 billion project’s packages.

3- Project Manager Target Engineering, Abu Dhabi- UAE (2005 – 2010)
I was assigned to a number of major construction projects with responsibility for managing multinational teams, supervising work and contributing to site management and safety. In particular I was involved in projects for ADCO, Borouge, Gasco, Takrier. Some of this project was as main contractor and the others was a subcontractor through reputed engineering companies like PAN Emirates, Tecnimont, and Toyo.

As a direct heired to owner company, I was assigned to a number of major construction projects for the development of the Egyptian natural gas industry including the construction of gas plants and national grid pipeline activities, during this stage I learned how to manage brown field activities starting from FEED up to project closeout due to limited work staff we was assigned in matrix organization and we get the experience of both production plants and pipelines. I was involved in pipelines up to 36” size, LPG plant, Propane production plant, LNG plant.
