RULE OF THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES

CHAPTER 0465-01-04 PUBLIC RECORDS

0465-01-04-.03 LEGAL BASIS.

To be amended by removing "as amended by 2018 Public Chapter 712" from the Authority section .

0465-01 -04-.10 INSPECTION OF RECORDS.

To be amended by add ing a new paragraph (4) and an add itional statute to the Authority section, which shall read:

(4) During the inspection, the requestor sha ll have the right to make copies and take photographs or photostats of complete or partial records. However, DIDO will not certify the accuracy of copies, photographs, or photostats made with the requestor's personal equipment, such as a printer, a cell phone, or a copy machine.
