NOTICE OF INTENT OF AWARD April 27, 2021 To: All Relevant Bidders Re: Notice of Intent of Award, ITB #21a-096 USDA Commodity Processing / Tomato Products To Whom It May Concern: Thank you for your response to Collier County Public School’s Invitation to Bid # 21a-096 USDA Commodity Processing/Tomato Products. The responses received were carefully compared, reviewed and evaluated. The attached tabulation sheet summarizes the recommendation of award staff is making to the School Board at the May 11, 2021 Board Meeting. Nara Director, Purchasing Attachment Please take further notice, that you have the right to protest this action, but that “failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under chapter 120, Florida Statutes.” Any person who is adversely affected by the agency decision or intended decision shall file with the agency a notice of protest in writing within 72 hours after the posting of the bid tabulation, notice of the agency decision or intended decision and shall file a formal written protest within 10 days after filing the notice of protest. Failure to file a notice of protest, or failure to file a formal written protest shall constitute a waiver of proceeding under this chapter. The formal written protest shall state with particularity the facts and law upon which the protest is based. Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays shall be excluded in the computation of the 72-hour time periods provided by this paragraph.
