NOTICE NO:813CRAFT INSTRUCTOR INTERIOR DECORATION AND DESIGNING

IN DIRECTORATE OF TRAINING AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION, GNCTDUNDER POST CODE-121/14

1. The DSSSB vide its advertisement No. 01/2014 had advertised 04vacancies (UR-03, OBC-Ol, Including PH-OH-Ol) for the post ofCraft Instructor Interior Decoration and Designing under PostCode 121/14 in Directorate of Training and Technical Education,GNCTD.

2. The marks obtained by 25 candidates who have duly appeared in writtenexamination held on 21.07.2019 have been uploaded on Board's website.Candidates can view their marks by logging into their account in OARSmodule on www.dsssbonline.nic.in.

3. Based on the performance in the examination, candidates, as detailedbelow, have been provisionally allowed to upload e-dossiers subject toattaining minimum qualifying marks and correctness of the informationfurnished by the candidates in their online application forms.

(OBC, PH-OH) has secured prescribed minimum qualifying marks.

4. The shortlisted candidates for the above mentioned post code are herebyinformed to fill the e-dossier and upload all the documents ofEducational/Professional CertificatelDegree and Mark sheets/CastecertificatelDisability certificate/Proof of Govt. Servant/Ex. Serviceman/AdmitCards etc., as applicable in the e-dossier module in OARS link in theirindividual account. Shortlisting is being made on the basis of marks obtainedin Tier I examination (Objective-MCQ) for 200 marks.

5. Kindly note that the e-dossier link will be activated to only thosecandidates who are in the consideration zone of selection.

6. All the candidates who have been shortlisted for falling in theconsideration zone of selection MUST upload their all requisite / applicabledocuments in the said link in stipulated time.

7. The e-dossier link shall be active from 23.09.2019 to 07.10.2019.The candidate uploading e-dossier should ensure that he/shefulfils all the eligibility criteria/all essential quallflcatlons as perRRs for the post as on the cut-off date i.e 27.02.2014. The above

shortlisted candidates are also being separately informed throughSMS and E-mail on their registered mobile number and E-mail Id.If, any candidate fails to uQload e-dossier during the above said4· .

period his/her candidatyre will be rejected and no furtheropportunity will be given on whatsQever groynd.

8. Mere asking the candidate for uploading documents in the e-dossiermodule does not confer him/her right to selection to the applied post.Final selection will be made purely on the basis of merit against thenotified vacancies provided the candidate falling in the zone ofconsideration fulfils all the required eligibility conditions. It is reiteratedthat if the candidate fails to upload his/her documents on or before thedate as mentioned above he/she will not be given any further opportunityand his/her candidature will be treated as cancelled.

9. While every care has been taken in preparing the list of shortlistedcandidates, DSSSB reserves the right to rectify errors and omissions ifany, detected at any stage.

10. The above Shortlisting of candidates for calling of e-dossier for the postof Craft Instructor Interior Decoration and Designing under Post Code121/14 in Directorate of Training and Technical Education, GNCTD issubject to outcome of pending court case vide OA No. 1897/2019 andother court cases, if any.
