Upon arrival police stopped the suspect leaving the Walmart premise and spoke with the suspect, Anthony Barker, who stated he was using the restroom inside Walmart and the maintanence man came into the bathroom and cussing at him. Police also spoke with the maintanence man, Percy Pen, who stated Mr. Barker was cussing at him in the bathroom and when Mr. Barker came out of the restroom he started following Mr. Pen around the store cussing at him. The manager, Chevel Breeding, stated the same as Mr. Pen. Police watched video inside the store that showed Mr. Barker following Mr. Pen around. Walmart did not band Mr. Pen from the premises, but just wanted him to leave for the night. No further police action taken. 5500 Highway 153 18-014593 2/18/2018 12:55:00AM 91Z Field Interview On 2-18-18 around 0055 hours I Ofc. Allison #237 conducted a traffic stop at 5500 Hwy 153 on a Chevy sedan TN for a tail light not working properly. I made contact with driver Charles Jackson and passenger Shelby Miller. The vehcile was registered to Mr. Jacksons sister Ashley Jackson who he stated was in Silverdale Corrections. It showed warrants in Watson System for Ms. Jackson. Mr. Jackson had a valid drivers license. Neither Mr. Jackson or Ms. Miller had any active warrants. Police informed Mrs. Morgan that Police had no way of unlocking her door but could give her a ride back to her residence. On 2-18-18 around 0055 hours I Ofc. Allison #237 conducted a traffic stop at 5500 Hwy 153 on a Chevy sedan TN for a tail light not working properly. I made contact with driver Charles Jackson and passenger Shelby Miller. The vehcile was registered to Mr. Jacksons sister Ashley Jackson who he stated was in Silverdale Corrections. It showed warrants in Watson System for Ms. Jackson. Mr. Jackson had a valid drivers license. Neither Mr. Jackson or Ms. Miller had any active warrants. Nothing further.

Upon arrival I located Mr. Pascual Paiz-Lopez heavly intoxicated and bleeding from a laceration on his forehead. Mr. Paiz-Lopez stated to me was trying to walk back home from a friend’s house when he fell and hit his head. Mr. Paiz-Lopez could tell me where this happened or where his friend lived. I had Med 11 come out and check out Mr. Paiz-Lopez’s injuries but he stated that he was fine and that he didn’t need medical attention. On 02/18/2018 at 10:45 hours, Officer Horton (68401) reported to abandoned auto traffic hazard at 4228 Bonny Oaks Dr. Upon arrival Police observed a white toyota Yaris ) parked partially in the roadway. Police patrolled the area and spoke to a pedestrian and asked if he had broken down in which the pedestrian stated he did not own a car. Police ran the tag through info channel in attempt to attain a phone number but no number could be located in the system. Police requested a district car make contact with the vehicle owner and requested a tow. Les's wrecker service arrived on scene and towed the vehicle to 6221 Hwy 58. An hour after Police requested a district unit to check on the vehicle owner's residence Police was able to make contact and inform the owner that their vehicle had been towed and location of the tow service.

He says that he lost his wallet possibly on 08 Feb. 2018. He says the wallet was a worn out black leather standard wallet which held his TN driver license, social security card, $20.00 cash and a Wal-Mart gift card with a $7.00 balance on it.

On 02/18/2018 at 11:26 hours, Officer Glenn, Clifton (60757) responded to a Theft of Vehicle Parts/Accessories at 2225 E 28th St. I spoke with David Norman via telephone. He says sometime in the early morning hours, an unknown party stole TN

from his 1999 Ford Ranger. The license plate has been entered into NCIC # P886414097

On 02/18/2018 at 12:34 hours, Officer Clayton Holmes (63819) responded to a Other Theft/Non-Specific at 2907 Westside Dr. Police responded to a Theft call at 2907 Westside Dr. Upon arrival I was met by Daniel Battles. Mr. Battles stated that at 0540 on 02/18/2018 a male party took the license plate from his vehicle. Mr. Battles has a security cameras outside of his house. The party could be seen coming from the street and ducked in behind his car. The camera did not show any details on the party other than it appears to be a male subject. The License Plate was enter into NCIC, #P116452512

On 02/18/2018 at 13:25 hours, Officer T. McFarland (62203) and PO King (78347) responded to a Disorder at 2353 Rossville Blvd. Upon arrival Officers spoke with the complainant, Mr. William Peterson, who stated that an unknown white male in a Chevy Silverado 2500 gold in color with GA tags pulled into his wrecker business and began yelling at him, and other employees, and caused a verbal disorder. The unknown white male got back in his truck and drove away heading South on Rossville Blvd prior to Police arrival. Mr. Peterson described the white male as being about 6 ft tall, stocky build and had a goatee. Officers told Mr. Peterson if the white male returned to try and avoid any confrontation with him and to call Police. No further Police action was necessary.

On 02/18/2018 at 13:28 hours, Sgt. O'Brien (63030) made a traffic stop at 1420 S Willow St. Mr. Williams was the driver of the vehicle. He had made a right turn from WB Main St onto NB S. Willow St at a red light. The intersection is clearly marked prohibiting right turns on red. Mr. Williams license and insurance were valid. He was given a verbal warning. No further action.

On 02/18/2018 at 13:30 hours, Officer Charles Bramlett (66966) responded to a harassment call at 1316 Bradt St. Upon arrival police spoke to the caller Niki Rutledge who stated she called because she was being harassed by her ex-friend Ricky McConnel. Mrs. Rutledge stated she kicked Ricky out the other day and he keeps calling her and texting her. Mrs. Rutledge stated she called Ricky and told him it was over and to leave her alone. Mrs. Rutledge was informed to block his number and no longer have any contact with him. Mrs. Rutledge was informed to contact police if he continued to try and contact her. Nothing further to report.

On 02/18/2018 at 14:55 hours, Officer R. Justice (68403) responded to a found property call at 735 Broad Street. Upon arrival, police spoke with Albert Waterhouse who stated he found a black purse behind the building. Police found identification in the purse for Catherine Maroney. Police were unable to contact Mrs. Maroney in regards to the purse. The purse was taken to property and entered under property # 18-0713. It is releasable to Mrs. Maroney.

On 02/18/2018 at 15:50 hours, Officer J. COOK (66482) responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 1914 Gunbarrel Rd. Upon arrival, police made contact with the owner of the vehicle Mr. John Moxley. Mr. Moxley stated that somewhere between 0700 and 1500 hours on 02/18/2017, someone forced his way inside his truck and stole his tool bags full of hand tools. Ms. Moxley showed police the rear window of the vehicle where the suspects entered unlawfully. Police attempted to lift fingerprints from the window but were unsuccessful. Mr. Moxley also stated that about 2 weeks ago someone tried to break inside the vehicle at the same location but was unsuccessful. When asked if he had any idea who could have done it, Ms. Moxley could not think of anyone.

Police spoke with complainant Donald Evans who stated he has been driving around shopping all day and realized his vehicle was hit at some time during the day. Mr. Evans could not provide an exact location or time in which the damage occurred. Mr. Evans contacted his insurance which stated to make a report with Police so the Damage could be covered.

On 02/18/2018 at 19:20 hours, Officer Warren (71993) responded to a Shoplifting at 5591 Hwy 153. Upon arrival I made contact with complainant, Mr. Alsobrook, a manager of Best Buy, who stated a black male concealed and attempted to leave the store with three gaming controllers. The suspect was stopped and the controllers were recovered. The suspect was allowed to leave the area, but Mr. Alsobrook wanted to make a report to document the incident. No further police action was taken.

On 02/18/2018 at 20:00 hours, Officer Hans Anderson (75367) responded to a Identity Theft at 4724 Tomahawk Trl. Upon arrival, police met with the complainant, Mr. Dominique Brown, who stated that when he tried to file his taxes, the system said he had already been claimed as a dependant on someone else's tax return. Mr. Brown suspects that someone is using his information fraudulently in order to receive a bigger tax return, and requested police make a fraud report so he can go to the IRS and file his taxes.No suspect information available at this time.

On 02/18/2018 at 19:50 hours, Officer Ampthor (73492) reported a memo at 2608 E 44th St. Police were flagged down by a party a bike, Mr. Christopher Sanders, stated he was biking by 2608 E 44th St and saw three black males looking suspicious around the residence. One male was by a vehicle in the driveway looking like he was trying to get into it according to Mr. Sanders. The other two were walking around on the porch with flashlights. Police followed Mr. Sanders to the residences. No vehicle was on the property and no parties were around. Police attempted to make contact with the homeowners but had a negative response. No further police action was able to be taken at this time.

On 02/18/2018 at 20:35 hours, Officer VAN NESS (75389) responded to a Vehicle Recovered Stolen Outside of Chattanooga at 3209 7th Ave. Officer Van Ness observed a Saturn sedan with TN sitting in the driveway of 3209 7th Ave. (house frequently found to be in possession of stolen vehicles). Upon checking the tag with NCIC it confirmed as stolen (NIC#V460100913). Officer Van Ness found the vehicle to be unoccupied and the residents at this location did not know who the vehicle belonged to. The vehicle was towed by Yates Towing back to their location at 2220 E. 23rd St. No suspect information at this time. Nothing further.

On 02/18/2018 at 22:00 hours, Officer Ampthor (73492) reported a memo at 18100 Interstate 24. Police went to find a check hazard at 181 I 24 West. A tire was located along with a Cheverlot Avalanche that was off the roadway. The tire was removed. The driver, Ms. Isabel Aguila Paiz, stated she had swerved to avoid colliding with the tire and ended up in the ditch on the shoulder. Police pushed the vehicle out of the ditch. No damage was done to the vehicle and Ms. Aguilar Paiz was uninjured. No further police action was needed at this time.

On 02/18/2018 at 23:05 hours, Officer Justin Brumbaugh (0066622) reported a memo at 4813 Sylvia Cir. Ka'va Eady reported that she had plans to go out with her ex-boyfriend's friend and a couple other people. The friend goes by "Tony" or "Crazy". She said that her mother would not allow Tony to come inside their home and made him leave. After that, he and his friends began banging on the door and Ka'va said she heard one insinuate that they would get a "wop" or a gun. All of the group were gone when police arrived, and Ka'va said that she didn't think they would return to threaten them. She said she would call police if they do return. No further police action was necessary.

On 02/19/2018 at 01:09 hours, Officer Buttry (60658) and Officer Day (79891) spotted a suspicious person sitting in front of a closed business at 4010 Rossville Blvd. Upon speaking with the individual, officers identified her as Denise Arpan. She stated that she was unfamiliar with the area because she had just moved down here and did not realize she was in a high crime area. Ms. Arpan said she would continue walking to her destination. No hits came back on Ms. Arpan. No further action taken at this time.

On 2-19-18 around 0132 hours I Ofc. Allison #237 conducted a traffic stop at 1949 Northpoint Blvd on a white sedan TN for an expired tag. I made contact with driver Stephen Spencer and passenger Johnathon Potter. Mr. Spencer had a

valid license and insurance with no active warrants. Mr. Potter was consuming an alcoholic beverage so I requested his ID to verify his age. Mr. Potter had a revoked drivers license for DUI and no active warrants. Mr. Spencer given a warning. Nothing further.

On 2-19-18 around 0235 hours I Ofc. Allison #237 was dispatched to 6756 Ardis Ln Lot 29 on suspicious activity. On scene I made contact with complainant Jeanette Hanks. Ms. Hanks stated she heard noises outside and people were getting into her vehicles. Ms. Hanks was intoxicated and nothing was located in the area. Ms. hanks vehicles were both locked and nothing appeared to be tampered with. Nothing further.

Upon arrival police found a white Nissan Altima with its passenger side in the ditch, driver's side blocking the roadway. There was no owner on location. Police called for a wrecker. On 02/19/2018 at 09:25 hours, Officer Glenn, Clifton (60757) responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 6374 E Brainerd Rd. I spoke with Stephanie Evans via telephone. She says that an unknown party pried the window of the driver door of her 2005 Toyota Matrix and rummaged all through her vehicle. She says her wallet and its contents were taken. She says the weather stripping was pulled loose, but, says she can put it back in place.

On 02/19/2018 at 10:14 hours, Officer M,Garcia (80003) reported a memo at 7047 Lee Hwy. I spoke to victim Douglas Scott via telephone and he stated that on 2/19/2018 he received a phone call from " American Police Officer Alliance " requesting a donation and address information to mail out a packet of information. Rp asked for organization information and caller than hung up. Rp researched American Police Officer Alliance on the Internet and confirmed it was a fraud call and decided to make a police report. Nothing further.

Police made contact with Michael Kurn who stated the he found a roll wire and a cardboard sign behind the Chefmart business. Police observed the wire and sign. Mr. Kurn did not know where the wire came from. Police stated that he wanted to let police know about the wire. Nothing further to report.

On 02/19/2018 at 11:10 hours, Officer J Willis (613) and Officer N Gurnsey (497) responded to Shoplifting at 1816 Gunbarrel Rd. Upon arrival, Police made contact with Mr. Kelly Kidd, loss prevention for Target. Mr. Kidd explained that a black male had shoplifted approximately 200 dollars worth of CDs. Mr. Kidd then showed Police security camera footage. Film showed the suspect exiting the store and Mr. Kidd attempting to stop him. The suspect fled through the parking lot, North toward Igou Gap Rd. Police were unable to locate the suspect. Photos of suspect are attached. Nothing follows.

On 02/19/2018 at 12:05 hours, Officer Headden (66972) reported a memo at 234 Browns Ferry Rd. Responded to a disorder call at the above location. Upon arrival, suspect and victim originally reported from dispatch; were not present. Questioned gas station clerk (Allison Thomas) about what she had witnessed, and she turned in the property found in the gas station restroom (EBT Cards, and counterfeit $20 Bills). After gathering the rest of the information from the clerk, I transported the false currency and cards to property where they were turned in. No further police action was necessary.

On 02/19/2018 at 13:25 hours, Officer Headden (66972) reported a memo at 4915 Beulah Ave. Upon arrival, complainant (Delores Williams) complained of a theft of her identity and personal information; based on a $20,000 purchase of jewelry through Jared Galleria of Jewelry in Akron, Ohio. Mr. Story stated that he was hired by a Realtor agency to clean up the unoccupied house located at 2246 Edgmon Forrest Ln. Mr. Story stated that the next door neighbor came out wanting to know information about who they were and what were they doing with the stuff from the house. Police later made contact with Ms. Cathy Butler. Ms. Butler stated that she became suspicious when she saw 2 men and a woman pull up to the house next door and start loading stuff from the house to a truck. Ms. Butler stated that when she when over to ask what they where doing, one of the men responded in a very mean way. At this point Ms. Butler was suspicious about these people and decided to contact the police. Mr. Story stated that Coldwell Banker Pryor Realty, Inc on Hickory Valley Road had hired his crew to clean up and refurbish the house. No further.

He stated he looked extensively but could not find his wallet and thinks someone may have picked it up. The wallet contained the victim's birth certificate, SS card, GA license and a Bank of America debit card, which he had canceled already. At this time there is no further information.

Ms. Sanders stated that a male wearing all black, riding a black motorcycle, drove by her and snatched her purse. Specifically, Ms. Sanders informed me that as she was walking out of Planet Fitness, a motorcycle rider drove by her in the parking lot and took the purse from her. The purse had Ms. Sanders' Apple Watch, earrings, and wedding ring in it. I attempted to ask different individuals in the area if they had seen anything. I was unable to find any witnesses. In addition, I attempted to view camera footage of the theft, however, the theft did not happen within the camera's view. There is no further suspect information. Nothing further.

Otto (63031) discovered a white female urinating at the entrance to the Police Precinct, 702 E 11th St. While exiting the side entrance to the Police Precinct I discovered a white female with her pants down, squatting at the entrance as she was urinating. After confronting the female, she quickly pulled her pants up and identified herself as Donna Hackler. Ms. Hackler's identification was verified. Ms. Hackler stated that she was homeless and was attempting to use the bathroom out of the view of the public. When checking records, I found no outstanding warrants. I thanked Ms. Hackler for her contributions to our facility and released her with no further actions. The entry way was then covered with bleach and rinsed with water. A bolo was broadcast warning the downtown units of the contamination at the entrance to the precinct.

On 02/20/2018 at 12:03 hours, Officer Muretcehajic (62875) and Officer Stone (79915) responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 6219 Lee Hwy. Police respond made contact with Bryan Spears . US Army personnel were preparing to utilize a government Van, upon jumping the vehicle off they discovered the vehicle's fuel supply had been siphoned out. Spears found the vehicle with the gas cap off and latch open. They took the van down the street and attempted to fill it back up to discover it was leaking fuel at the gas station. A puncture had been made causing the vehicle unable to retain fuel. They were unable to provide any description or whereabouts of any suspects. The parking lot in which the vehicle was stored did not have cameras. The building is equipped with cameras, but none of which are oriented in the direction in which the vehicles were stored. No further.

Mr. Madden is the security guard for Chatt City Suits. Mr. Madden stated that they had a guest, Dewayne Beard, who was listening to loud music and causing a disturbance for other guests. Mr. Madden stated that he attempted to ask Mr. Beard to be quiet, but Mr. Beard refused and started to yell at people. Mr. Madden stated he was causing many guests to get upset. Mr. Madden stated that he would like Mr. Beard to be trespassed from the property and asked to leave. Police made contact with Mr. Beard and he stated that he would get his belongings in the morning and leave. Officers did not locate anyone at the scene. Dispatch was unable to make contact with the alarm company on rather someone from the store was coming out to the location. Alarm company was notified of the damage. Officers are unsure if anything was taken at this time. No further action taken at this time.

Upon arrival, police located the red vehicle and upon approaching said vehicle police found a Mr. Ricky Mitchell laid over from the driver seat into the passenger seat. Knocking on the window police were able to wake up Mr. Mitchell. He stated he fell asleep using the Speedway wifi. Police canceled EMS and ran Mr. Mitchell's ID and no warrants were discovered. Speedway manager requested that Mr. Mitchell not to stay and loiter and police sent Mr. Mitchell on his way. No further police action needed.

Police did review store video footage however due to poor video quality no usable evidence could be obtained. What could be seen is a Black Female entering the store and stealing multiple items (Unidentifiedable) and then leaving the store with at least two cases of beer. Suspect got into a silver 4 door sedan and left the store. nothing further at this time.

On 02/21/2018 at 17:00 hours, Officer Ampthor (73492) responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 323 High St. Police were notified by the victim, Ms. Sabrina Striker, of her stolen card used at 1803 E 23rd St (Bojangle's). Ms. Striker stated her black/blue North face backpack had been stolen out of her car at 323 High St while she was working. The suspect had attempted to use he card at two previous locations. The suspect had used the card at the Bojangles drive thru. The employees provided a suspect description and stated the suspects said they were headed to a birthday party. The suspect was described as a black female 30-35 wearing a gray dress with flowers on it. Her passenger was a black female with a thin build wearing a scarf wrapped around her head and a short cut jean jacket. The parties were in a Mercury LeSabre light blue in color with a drive out tag . The parties were last seen headed towards Highland Park. police searched the area but were unable to locate the suspect vehicle at this time. Further follow will be conducted. No further police action was able to be taken at this time.

On 02/24/2018 at 02:40 hours, Officer Ampthor (73492) wrote a continuation/supplement for a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 323 High St. I, Officer Ampthor was notified of the additional information provided to police. I attempted to make contact at the possible address of the suspect to locate the suspect vehicle and owner on 2/23/2018. Multiple attempts were made but no contact was able to be made with Ms. Tammy Jones or to locate the suspect vehicle. Further investigation will continue to be done.

A male was speaking to two individuals, male and female, who were sitting in a Chrysler 300, which is the same vehicle officers were called on earlier in the week for suspicion. The three individuals were identified as Michael Ford, Lamar Jones, and Donna Lynn Defrano. All three individuals were ran in NCIC and came back clean. No further action taken at this time.

On 02/22/2018 at 00:30 hours, Officer Panganiban, Kayla (77587) reported a memo at 1405 Williams St. Upon arrival Police spoke with Mr. Timur Akhriev who wished to report that the Coyote Jack's night club was playing music too loud. Mr. Akhriev had already called the Police earlier that night to report the loud music. Mr. Akhriev explained that after he called the Police the first time, the music at Coyote Jack's just got louder. By the time Police arrived on the second call, the music had already stopped. Mr. Akhriev explained that this is an ongoing issue. Mr. Akhriev stated he is willing to put up with the loud music on the weekend nights but felt during the week is disruptive and excessive. Police stayed in the area to see if the club would continue playing music but they had shut down for the night. No further.

Lynn #999 was dispatched to a intoxicated person other - Nicholas Ervin wondering the Hamilton Place parking lot. After a thorough search Mr. Ervin was not located; after several minutes Mr. Ervin flagged me down stating he was still intoxicated and would like a ride home. Mr. Ervin was checked for warrants then transported to his residence. The call was closed with no further police action needed.

On 02/22/2018 at 03:15 hours, Officer J. Blakney (78365) responded to Suspicious Activity at 2812 4th Ave. Upon arrival, I spoke to Ms. Christina McNair. Ms. McNair stated that she observed a white male on a bicycle, wearing a black jacket, circle the block approximately 4 times. She stated that the male then left the bicycle across the street and proceed across the street to her address. Ms. McNair stated that the male started walking between the cars in her driveway at which point she threw open her blinds. When the male saw her, he took off, grabbing his bike, then proceeded south on 3rd Ave. Ms. McNair believed that he was the father of a boy who threatened her son a few days prior, but she had no evidence to support this. Ms. McNair said she had never seen the man before. No further.

Upon arrival, we spoke with complainant, Ketwain Lollus, who informed us that he came home on 02/21/2018 around 2100 hours, and at 0300 hours on 02/22/2018, noticed his vehicle, a 2004 silver Chevrolet Malibu ), had been stolen. Mr. Lollus informed us that his vehicle's passenger rear side hub cap was broken and that the windows of the vehicle were tinted darker than normal. No suspect information was available and Mr. Lollus informed us he left the vehicle unlocked in the driveway with the key in the ignition. The vehicle was entered in to NCIC as stolen (NIC#V370107219).

Blakney (78365) responded to a Verbal Disorder at 2705 12th Ave. Upon arrival, I located Mr. Darick Isom in the front yard on the phone, trying to get someone to come pick him up. Mr. Isom stated that he had an argument with his girlfriend but she was now inside sleeping. I made contact with Ms. Yvonne Jones but she would only crack her screen door to talk to me. Ms. Jones also stated that she had argued with Mr. Isom but both parties stated that it had not gotten physical. Mr. Isom had someone on the way to pick him up and Ms. Jones returned to bed. No further.

On 02/22/2018 at 13:20 hours, Officer M,Garcia (80003) responded to a Identity Theft at 3709 Hemingway Dr. I spoke to victim Ronald Roberts via telephone and he stated that on 2/20/2018 he received a phone call from an unknown caller stating to be from a legal firm asking Mr. Roberts to make a payment of 3,500 to avoid a law suit. Mr. Roberts then suggested it could be a mistake and needed his identity confirmed. The caller then gave Mr.Robers the wrong SS# and Mr. Roberts told him that was his incorrect SS#. Caller then gave Mr. Roberts the correct SS# but Mr.Roberts denied it being correct and hung up. 15 Minutes later a different person called Mr.Roberts also stating to be from a legal firm and insisted for Mr. Roberts to pay 3,500 dlr to avoid a law suit. Mr. Roberts insisted they had the wrong person then the caller continued by saying Mr. Robers correct full name ,DOB, home address and SS#. Upon arrival, police found Gregory Cushing sitting on the side of the building smoking. He informed police that he had been sitting there for the past hour and did hear the alarm go off. Police checked the building and found the doors to be secure and no signs of forced entry. Mr. Cushing was found to have to warrants for his arrest at the time of this interaction. Police informed him that the rec center was closed and that he needed leave the property. He left with no further incident.

She informed police that she was engaged in disorder with her husband, Robert Dalton, when he began throwing things in the house. Ms. Fielding informed police that disorder never got physical and that this was out of character for Mr. Dalton. Police then spoke with Robert Dalton who was intoxicated at this time. He told police that he had calmed down and that he would go to sleep in the guest bedroom to avoid any further disorder. Ms. Fielding was satisfied with this arrangement. No further disorder was observed by police.

Upon arrival, I observed an 18-wheeler , VIN: 3AKJGLDR0GSGV8596) in the grass to the left of the roadway on the On Ramp from 153 to Hwy 27 NB. The driver of the vehicle, Mr. Demetrius Fields, said his head was hurting him due to hitting it on the door window. However, when EMS arrived, Mr. Fields denied transport. Mr. Fields stated that he was turning left onto the On Ramp when an 18 wheeler traveling the opposite direction turned right and forced him off the roadway. The other vehicle left the scene. There was no damage to Mr. Fields truck and no property damage of any kind. Mr. Fields called his own tow truck. No further.

On 02/23/2018 at 11:15 hours, Officer P. McCall (0066492) and Officer T. Perocchi (0079535) were notified by dispatch of a party wanting to file a police report at the Police Service Center at Amnicola Highway. Police called complainant Patrick Hare on his cell phone and he explained that he believed his sister has been using his deceased fathers credit card. He explained that he was aware of one credit card that had charges amounting to $6400 that started reflecting the account on January 15th, three days after the death of his father. He believes it to be his sister because he stated some of the charges occurred in his sisters home town of Mount Juliet, Tennessee. He also explained that there were other cards in his fathers name that had accumulated charges but he was not aware of the specifics when speaking to police.

Rp called at 11:37 " Ben " a Yahoo representative with an Asian accent requested remote access to Rp computer. After gaining access to Rp computer Ben started showing victim Tatyana Smolenskaya various statistics on her computer and was trying to convince Rp to purchase an anti virus package for 149.99. Rp grew suspicious of activity and hung up the call and disconnected her internet. RP took her computer to Best buy to be serviced as she believes it could of been infected with a virus . Nothing further.

When Mr. Drake meet with Mr. Coopler. Mr. Coopler told Mr. Drake he would take the Xbox up to his apt. and test it to make sure it worked properly. Mr. Drake stated Mr. Coopler then took off his boots and left them with Mr. Drake. Mr. Drake stated he waited around 1 hour and Mr. Coopler never returned to pay him. Mr. Drake gave a description of a white male around 6ft tall wearing a red shirt and blue jeans. Police searched the area but were unable to locate anyone fitting that description. Nothing further.

She told police his name is Oscar and was not home at the time police responded. Police explained to her that she needs to ignore him if she doesn't like the comments he is making.

On 02/23/2018 at 19:15 hours, Officer H. Abbott (75427) responded to 2800 Broad Street on a report of a pedestrian struck.

Upon arrival, I made contact with Kristen Ingram and Jerry Noble. Jerry stated she was riding her bike North on Broad and did not have any brakes. Kristen was at the stop sign on 28th Street. Jerry could not stop while going down the hill, and hit the front left side of Kristen's vehicle. There was a small amount of damage done to the vehicle and none to the bike. No parties involved reported injuries and denied EMS. Both parties involved did not wish to file a report. No further police action was necessary at the time.

On 02/23/2018 at 18:45 hours, Officer Barnes, Colby (70783) reported a memo at 3536 Cummings Hwy. Upon arrival on scene, I spoke with store clerk Brittany Bynum. Ms. Bynum stated four individuals entered the store, two black males and two black females. The group attempted to purchase two Iphone X cellphones. The group attempted to purchase the phones with credit cards, however each card they presented to the store clerk was declined. The group attempted to use 4-5 different cards. Ms. Bynum stated she then took the phones and returned them to the safe. Ms. Bynum stated she then realized one female and one male matched the description of individuals she had received in the in store email. The man and woman had been at a different location attempting to use fraudulent cards. Ms. Bynum then called Police. The individuals exited the store and left the area before Police arrived. Ms. Bynum provided me with the email she had received, the picture is attached. No identifying information was gathered on the suspects. No further action was taken at this time.

Mr. Danielito Sanchez and Mr. Blas Sanchez parked in front of Auto Zone in their work van ) to go inside. They had a large ladder on top and accidentally hit the window with the ladder causing it to crack in a few places. They are going to speak with Auto Zone to see about fixing the window. On 02/23/2018 at 23:00 hours, Officer Justin Berry (73494) reported a memo at 2300 Wilson St apt 5E. Upon arrival I spoke with Jazmine Robinson, who stated that she and her boyfriend, Hollis Malone, got into a disorder that ended with him storming off and leaving in her vehicle. She stated that she does not wish to press charges and simply wants police to be on the lookout for her vehicle in hopes of getting it back. Ms. Robinson also stated that she believes that he will bring it back in time.

On 02/23/2018 at 23:59 hours, Officer Michael Hogsed (78346) reported an abandoned vehicle at 2534 Tunnel Blvd. Upon arrival, police located an abandoned vehicle that was partially in the roadway. Due to it being a traffic hazard, the vehicle was towed. The car was a gold cadillac ceville with temporary . Police ran the VIN (1G6KD54Y54U202280) through info which showed negative stolen. Ford's Garage responded to the scene and towed the vehicle without incident. No further.

On 02/24/2018 at 01:26 hours, Officer Roth (63831) responded to a disorder at 1414 E 50th St. Upon arrival police spoke to Jarord Anderson. He state that he was in a verbal argument with his girlfriend, Felicia Clark. He stated that he would get dressed and leave to let things cool off. I explained to Ms. Clark that since Mr. Anderson has established residency that she would need to evict him legally through the courts. She stated that she would do this. Mr. Anderson left without incident.

On 02/24/2018 at 04:08 hours, Officer J. Blakney (78365) got out with a Suspicous Person at 319 Cherokee Blvd. I observed Mr. Ronnie McDaniel walking out from behind the building with a bicycle and trailer. The trailer was full of miscellaneous items of not or little value. Mr. McDaniel stated that he had just removed a bicycle tube from the trashcan behind the building. Mr. McDaniel gave consent to be searched and nothing was located. I checked Mr. McDaniel for warrants and sent him on his way. Mr. McDaniel said he is currently sleeping on the streets. No further.

On 02/24/2018 at 04:50 hours, Officer J. Blakney (78365) responded to a Burglar Alarm at Elight Automotive Repair, 4606 Hixson Pike. Upon arrival, I located an open door on the south side of the building. I cleared the building and did not locate anyone. There was no sign of forced entry to the door, it appeared to have not been latched all the way. I was able to secure the door after clearing the building. No further.

On 02/24/2018 at 08:00 hours, Officers K. Otto and H. Cottrell reported a memo at 924 Pineville Rd. On scene, police spoke with Mr. Michael Sedman who stated that tractor trailers at Chattanooga Tank Wash park along the fence facing his home and run all night creating loud noise. Police spoke with an employee at Tank Wash who stated that the fence has been posted for no parking but trucks come and go to pick up trailers and there is no way to prevent the noise. Police cleared the scene with no further.

On 02/24/2018 at 09:39 hours, Officer J Willis (613) and Officer N Gurnsey (497) responded to a Vehicle Recovered Stolen Outside of Chattanooga at 7024 Mccutcheon Rd. Upon arrival Police spotted a Suzuki G60 motorcycle, TN outside Super 8 motel at 7024 McCutcheon Rd. Police ran tag, registered NCIC hit as a stolen vehicle from Knoxville. Knoxville PD was notified and stolen status verified. There were no witnesses or suspects at the scene. Denton's Wrecker Service was dispatched and towed the vehicle to their lot. Vehicle was removed from NCIC by dispatch. Nothing Follows.

On 02/24/2018 at 11:15 hours, Officer Alex Olson (66494) responded to 405 Chickasaw Rd. in reference to a delayed property damage. Upon arrival, I spoke to Mrs. Janice Munson who stated February 3, 2018, she observed her silver Honda civic TN

with rear passenger damage. Mrs. Munson said she has no idea when or how it happen because the vehicle was parked in her garage the entire time; However, the damage was fixed. Mrs. Munson showed police paperwork of the repairs and cost; However, Police did not observe any damage to the above vehicle. Mrs. Munson stated she needed a report of the incident for insurance purposes.

On 02/24/2018 at 13:55 hours, Officer Bissell (62704) responded to a disorder at Morgan Motors on 3506 Brainerd Rd. Police spoke with the complainant, George Morgan. Mr. Morgan stated there was a black male in the vacant lot adjacent to his business selling vehicles illegally. He also stated that the vehicles that were located at 3800 Brainerd Rd on another vacant lot belonged to the same B/M and were being sold without a dealers license. Mr. Morgan described the black male as heavy set and short. Mr. Morgan stated he was wearing a white t-shirt with khaki pants and drove off in a gold colored Nissan Altima. The suspect was no longer there when police arrived on scene. Nothing further to report.

On 02/24/2018 at 15:15 hours, Officer Matthew Puglise (62210) responded to a Damaged Property Accidental at 2643 Glass St. Police arrived on scene and spoke with the Chattanooga Fire Department who responded on a "Life Alert Alarm" at the above location where they had to force entry. Police observed that the rear door frame was damaged. Once the Fire Department forced entry they did not find the victim inside the home. Police and Fire attempted to reach the home owner however; could not get anyone to answer the phone. A card was left at the home with the above complaint number.

Police responded to a disorder prevention upon arrival police spoke with Mr. Lee who showed police a picture of his items boxed up in an apartment. Mr. Lee stated that his ex-wife told him to get the items from the home and nothing else. Police escorted Mr. Lee to the residence Mr. Lee got the items that was boxed up by in the living room. On 02/24/2018 at 20:40 hours, Officer H. Abbott #864, responded to a report of a suicidal party at 101 E 20th St.

Upon arrival, I made contact with Jennifer Madden. She was sitting in her van near her husband, Lillard Madden. She stated he called police because he was mad about her leaving him. She stated she was not suicidal, and had no intentions of hurting herself or others. She did not have any physical indicators of suicidal tendencies. She stated she only wanted to go and eat. She did not require police assistance. No further police action was taken at the time.

On 02/24/2018 at 20:50 hours, Officer J. Yates (77575) responded to a Vandalism at 3900 16th Ave. The original call was an open door. The resident at the address returned home to find that the rear door had been forcefully opened. The residence had a burglar alarm that functioned and apparently scared the would be burglar away. There was no evidence of entry and the only damage was to the rear door. Nothing further to report at this time.

On 02/24/2018 at 23:35 hours, Officer Creighton, Trevor (73490) reported a memo at 2500 Westside Drive.

Once on scene police spoke with a Ms. Kristy Raines who stated her boyfriend left her stranded at the Brew and Q bar on Rossville Blvd. At this point Ms. Raines stated she started walking towards home. Ms. Raines then stated she was trying to get home but had no phone or money to get there.

Police then gave Ms. Raines a ride to 8458 E Brainerd Road.

On 02/24/2018 at 00:40 hours, Officer Benjamin Dessalines (77570) was patrolling the area 5730 Lee Hwy (Holiday Inn Motel). While I was patrolling the area, I observed a W/F in the parking lot who was acting suspicious, looking around the building. I made contact with the unknown W/F who was identified as Ms. Shelby Nicole Davis. Ms. Shelby N Davis who stated that she was just looking for the room number where her friend stays because her friend asked her to come help her move but her cell phone does not work. Ms. Davis stated that she is not from the area and she is just trying to help her friend move. No further at this

She says that on the night of 23 Feb. 2018, she stayed at her Aunt's at the aforementioned location. She says that her 2003 Mazda 6 was parked on the grass next to the driveway, when an unknown party entered her unlocked vehicle and stole her Kavu hiking bag and its contents.

On 02/26/2018 at 07:05 hours, Officer Glenn, Clifton (60757) wrote a continuation/supplement for a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 107 Anderson Dr. I spoke with Soraya Wright via telephone. She says that she needed to add that there was a ring in her bag that she forgot to add. She says the ring is a sterling silver ring sapphire stone with small diamonds.

I spoke to victim Evelyn Talley via telephone and she stated that on 2/24/2018 she noticed the registration and tag decal for her 2017 Hyundai Elantra was lost . RP last saw her items on 2/19/2018 as she received them. RP thinks she might of had discarded the decal and registration. Nothing further.
