We have designed a screen and brackets that can be made to fit several similar bikes used for Enduro, Off-road, Dual Sports etc. With slight variations to the brackets to adjust the rake of the screen, differing hole positions and perhaps trimming to the screen, these kits have been made to fit the following bikes… Suzuki:- DR250 range, DRZ 400 range, DR 650 range Yamaha:- XT250, XT600, XT660, WR450?, XTE600? Honda:- XR400, XR600, XR650 Kawasaki:- KLR650 early models, KLX650? Super Sherpa. KTM :- 625sxcLC4. Husqvarna:- te610, SM610 BMW:- G650X Challenge. Husaberg :- FE650e enduro Gasgas:- fse 450 ? Prices exclude GST and are in Australian Dollars Local freight costs are shown at the end of this information or, for overseas customers, these can be viewed under “Postage Rates” on our web site. Notes: All colours are the same price including Clear and we are happy to quote on “one-off” shapes We can’t always provide full fitting instructions for all of these bikes and it is often best if the screens are provided undrilled or at least with the top holes undrilled. This will allow you the opportunity to best fit the screen and find the best placement of the brackets. We can guide you as to how best to drill the screen when you are ready. Some models, like the XT250 may require extra bracing behind the Headlight shroud to minimise wind deflection, but we are not in a position to provide those extra brackets as may be required. Further photos of how customers have fixed these screens to their bikes are often available for purchasers of our kit. But consider also sending us your headlight shroud and we will design and fit a screen for you. If the feedback we have received on how this screen performs with other models is any indication, then this should work just as well for your model. The screen kits come in 3 sizes, 1. 300mm ($145) 2. 360mm ($155) 3. 400mm ($165). Optional Extras: Different 3mm colours....no charge Thicker (4mm) material add $10 (available in Clear and Light Tint) Thicker (4.5mm) material add $15 (available in Clear, Light Tint, Dark Tint, Light Blue and Dark Bronze) 3mm replacement screens (excluding brackets etc) are $90, $100 and $110 respectively. 4.0mm replacement screens (excluding brackets etc) are $120, $130 and $140 respectively. 4.5mm replacement screens (excluding brackets etc) are $125, $135 and $145 respectively. Fittings to upgrade to thicker material + $10 Windlip top edge to any size screen, add $10. (Note Windlip may create turbulence for some riders)

The above prices are for any colour Tint or Clear that you like although Dark or Light Tint often looks the best. Once made, Perth close metro area delivery is only $12. Elsewhere in Australia, delivery is $25.Overseas postage rates are detailed on our web site under “Postage rates” (4th Item down Top RH corner)(These weigh around 0.75kg to 1.85kg when packed and depending on the style chosen)
