The Hendon site was overseen by Dayan Yehoshua Posen, the Federation’s Director of Beis Din Operations, while Edgware was supervised by Rabbi Alan Lewis, Rav of Yeshurun, and Rabbi Dovid Roberts, Rav of Kehillas Netzach Yisroel. Those attending were assisted by teams of efficient bachurim, who carried out the hagalah under guidance from the Rabbanim, as well as ensuring there was smooth traffic and queue control at all times. The project required extensive planning by Mrs Judy Silkoff, the Federation’s Director of Operations, and included a focus on methods of speeding up the process and ensuring the events were run in the most mesudar way possible.
