is a large nature reserve in Rælingen and surrounding areas

lake in the Østmarka.

Åmotdammen is a popular area for fishing and outdoor activities, and there are many places for swimming around the lake.

SANDBEKKEN UNGDOMSSKOLE

Sandbekken is one of the two middle schools in Rælingen with 310 pupils aged 13-16 and a staff of 35.

Built in 1975 and renovated in 2003, the school has a 25m pool and large sports hall, a beach volleyball pitch and a skating ramp
