SHOW RULES:

1. This show is to be governed by the latest rules of the ARBA, and filing an entry indicates acceptance of the same.

2. The Northern Indiana Rabbit and Cavy Club will not be responsible for loss from Fire, Theft, Accidents, or Providential Destruction.

Every precaution will be taken to prevent the same.

3. Specialty shows and sanctions received too late for listing will be posted in the showroom.

4. The club reserves the right to substitute and add judges.

5. O & Y ENTRY FEES: $3/single rabbit, $2/fur or wool entry; $1 shipping & handling fee for entries without valid e-mail addresses.

6. Fur entries must be labeled if they are to be Breed or Commercial fur class. Fur entries are shown in their BREED class.

7. This will be a carrier show only. ALL carriers MUST BE solid bottomed.

8. ALL livestock must be Permanently and LEGIBLY tattooed or tagged in the left ear.

9. Any animal showing signs of sickness or disease will be denied show space or asked to leave at the discretion of the Show Superintendent

or Show Secretary. Entry fees will not be refunded.

10. No breeding is allowed on the premises without consent of the owner/owners and Show Superintendent or Show Secretary.

11. Owners are responsible for getting their rabbits on judge’s tables. Classes called from judging tables and possibly the PA system. No

entry fees will be refunded.

12. Ribbons and buttons will be available for youth on the day of show. No awards will be mailed.

13. An ARBA registrar may be available to register your rabbits.

14. ARBA entry forms and remark cards or computer software forms will be accepted. Any breed sanctioned this year having fewer than ten

(10) rabbits shown may not be sanctioned next year unless a breeder sponsors the sanction fees.

15. Contact Ryan McBride at least 1 month before the show to make arrangements to sanction a breed at: nircc.secretary@gmail.com

16. All vendors must have the approval of the NIRCC prior to setting up in the showroom and must make a donation to the raffle.

17. The ARBA host club reserves the right to refuse entries from all locations within 150 miles which has a confirmed outbreak of

RCD/RHD/VHD within the past 60 days of the entry deadline.

18. The host club is not responsible for catalog errors or omissions.

19. You are responsible for you and your children while visiting the Shipshewana Trading Place. Therefore, if you or your child damage

property; you are responsible for its repair or replacement.

20. NIRCC reserves the right to remove anyone and their animals for inappropriate behavior. Entry fees will not be refunded.

21. NIRCC issued checks must be cashed within 180 days of receipt or they will be voided and not reissued.

Our next show is December 12, 2020. It’s our annual Christmas Show.

Our next Spring show is scheduled for March 20, 2021 in Shipshewana, IN.
