This will be followed by a guided tour of a current exhibition with a Sotheby’s expert. This is a unique opportunity to discover more about Sotheby’s, recent auctions and the art market generally. Lot 9Remember Cleopatra A beautiful glass vase, 30 cms high and 15 cms across the rim, engraved with an image of Cleopatra, the ballet created by Northern Ballet’s David Nixon. The vase is engraved by Philip Lawson Johnston, engraver by Royal Appointment, who creates individual pieces for special occasions, on display at Mavros, 106 Fulham Road, London, SW3.
