Season Outlook: Strenths-This years team is very battle tested. The upperclassmen have been playing a lot of snaps since they were soph-mores so that should help us out throughout the season. We have some nice depth at most positions, excluding the offensive/defensive lines. I really like the leadership that has developed over the summer. We will fi nd out in week one how good we can be. It will be a great challenge for us and our kids have used it as motivation since last February when the schedules came out. Top Teams in State: LHNE, Aquinas, Crofton, Top Teams in District: Battle Creek, LHNE, Cedar.

Strengths: We have several players who gained valuable experience last year. This is a hard-working group which the coaching staff is ex-cited to work with. We have experience at the end and backfi eld spots. We have above average team speed. Weaknesses: We do not have great size.Outlook on season: We should be pretty com-petitive this season. We need to control teams that have a lot of size. I like the attitude of this group. This is a very hard-working group that has a lot of pride. We should have very good senior leadership this season.

The Cardinals return both of their running backs and several underclassmen that contributed a lot of offense. Randolph will have to replace most of their line on offense and a four-year starter at quarter-back. The core of the defense will return and should be a strength of this team. Randolph played a lot of players last year and that experience needs to carry over into starting roles.
