North® RU6500 Full Face Respirator

• The North RU6500 Series is a silicone full face piece that provides comfort at a great price. ($150 SLP) - North 76008A = $247 North 54001 = $117

• The silicone facepiece seal is soft and flexible to provide workers with a comfortable fit for hours of use.

• With its lightweight design, this mask reduces head and neck stress for the worker. The polycarbonate lens is designed to withstand high impact.

• Available in 5 Strap and Mesh headnet harness versions

• Compatible with the North N Series cartridges and filters

• Available in small, medium, or large

the need for multiple styles of cartridges and filters

Note: Legacy Sperian cartridges will continue to be available thru 2017

North® RU6500 Convertibility

The North RU6500 Series APR offers you the flexibility to go from APR to Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) or continuous flow supplied air respirator (CF-SAR) using the same facepiece.

The RU6500 is also the surrogate for the Honeywell Twenty/20+ pressure demand facepiece.

• Can be adapted to a mask mount PAPR or a side connection belt mounted PAPR* (Estimated late Q4 launch)

• Adaptable to side or front mount CF-SAR (September launch)

• Same sealing skirt as the 20/20+ pressure demand facepiece used on the Panther PD-SAR and Cougar/Panther SCBAs

• Only one fit test required when same size facepiece is used for all platforms.

* NIOSH approval pending

CF-SAR – Side Mount

- Compatible with the North CF2007 supplied air adapter and 9000 series airline hoses and couplers to convert from air purifying to continuous flow supplied air

CF-SAR – Front Mount

- Compatible with the North CF4000 front mount supplied air adapter, breathing tube and 9000 series airline hoses and couplers

Both options offer higher levels of protection
