North Korea has pulled more than 50,000people from its Kaesong industrialcomplex. The North is angry due to theUN tightening sanctions following thenations third nuclear test in February.Pyongyang is also on edge due to the U.S.and South Korea conducting jointmilitary exercises,despite the alliescalling it routine.
