Reverse Logistics and Asset RecoveryWe will track and recapture your pallet at its final destination, sort, repair it back to its original specification and return the pallet to you or other designated locations to be reused in your operation. This program will significantly reduce your overall pallet costs, improve your turn rate, reduce transportation costs and reduce your environmental impact.

Repair and Return Programse-Pallet will remove all scrap pallets at any location, sort, repair and return the repaired pallets into your supply chain. Pallets are returned at a fraction of the cost of the initial inbound pallet. Unusable pallets are mulched or their components used for other purposes. None of our scrap wood is ever sent to landfills.

National Sourcing Initiativese-Pallet specializes in national sourcing initiatives enabling you to source pallets for any of your locations nationwide. Our

strategy is simple; reducing your vendor base adds consistency of pallet quality, streamlines efficiency and improves overall quality and service. This gives us the opportunity to implement volume discounts and multiple location discounts, significantly reducing your overall pallet spend.

Vendor Managed Inventorye-Pallet will manage your entire pallet program, giving you the opportunity to concentrate on your core business. We will track usage, production, inventory, schedule deliveries and record all inbound and outbound transactions. We will also implement and oversee any on-site sorting and repair programs.

Logistics Servicese-Pallet offers a variety of logistic services to further complement your unit load and supply chain requirements. These programs include: warehousing and storage, cross docking, just in time delivery, distribution and kitting services, pick and pack, contract packaging and the like.

Consignment and Consolidated BillingConsignment is an extremely effective tool to lower costs while keeping zero inventory on hand. Pallet inventory at your facility is technically e-Pallet’s inventory until you pull the pallets from our inventory at your facility. Consolidated billing is similar in that invoicing can be processed weekly, semimonthly or monthly for pallets that are shipped into your facility within that time frame. Pallet Analysis and RedesignAs an NWPCA (National Wooden Pallet and Container Association) member, e-Pallet will review and evaluate your current pallet specifications utilizing the PDS (Pallet Design System) and redesign a pallet that works best in your supply chain. You can be confident you are using the best designed, most cost effective pallet for your application.

Heat Treating for ExportEvery pallet can be heat treated for export if and when necessary. We are fully compliant with all ISPM-15 requirements and certifications.
