NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety Hazards) based in the US, frequently audits our manufacturing facility. We hold NIOSH approvals for 50+ disposable respirator products, many of which are produced on specially designed, high speed automatic machinery which ensure consistency from one mask to the next. Our approvals from NIOSH indicate our adherence to their strict quality and production controls.

Similarly, we have many European and other nation government approvals. We have many ENN149/CE approved products for Europe as well as many approvals in countries such as Japan, Korea and Australia.

2) Private Brand PackagingMost of our customers decide to market our products in their own private brand packaging. This means that the imprint on the respirator itself (for NIOSH, CE approved respirators, etc.) will have your company’s name on the mask. In addition, the smaller inner boxes holding the masks will also be in your company's packaging along with the outer shipping carton. This is all designed to promote your brand and company information. With private brand packaging, the only place where the end user can obtain these products is from your company and the the information on the packaging.

3) Retail Packaging OptionsAll of our respirator and other face masks products are offered in a vari-ety of packaging options including: blister cards, clam shells, polybags with header cards, and in any other unique packaging ideas that you may require. This is in addition to our standard bulk packaging as indicated in this catalog.

4) Technical SupportWe are your technical support team. Technical questions will be answered within a maximum of 24 hours.

5) Custom Designed ProductsWe can work with you to design face masks that meet the needs of a particular user group or market. This might entail changing the shape of the mask, or reconfiguring the head-straps, or adjusting any of the other product components. If required, we will also submit the redesigned product to the appropriate government agency for approval. Any products that are designed with a customer are the exclusive products of that customer.

PRIVATE BRAND RESPIRATOR PROGRAMS

An example of the USA NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) private brand approval process can be described by the following steps:

1) ApplicationBy law, we must "extend" our factory NIOSH approvals to our customers through a detailed application that we prepare for you and submit to NIOSH.

2) Artwork As part of this application, we must include a digital copy of your box that holds the respirators. We ask our customers to prepare the box according to the NIOSH requirements that we provide you. We will insure proper labeling, fitting instructions and other required information is included correctly on the box.

3) Approval NIOSH provides us an official NIOSH label certifying you that you can sell these N95 respirators. This label is inserted on your box. We also receive an approval letter from NIOSH that we forward to you for your records.

4) ProductionWe begin production production of your order as soon as your NIOSH approval is received.

5) Logistics We can handle the logistics from our factory in China to your warehouse or you may handle your own logistics process.

The new 9600 Comfort Series of NIOSH approved respirators has the additional benefit of being foldable for easy storage in a worker's pocket. The slightly different shape may be able to fit more workers in any workplace. The 9500 Comfort Series of NIOSH approved respirators is the "standard" for all the industries in which these products are used. This is the basic N95 product developed to compete with similar appearing disposable respirators. By far, this cone style of N95 mask is the most widely used mask in all work environments. MK Comfort Series

The MK Comfort Series N95 disposable respirator has been designed as an alternative to our 9500 Comfort Series respirators. The primary difference between the two series is that the new MK design has a "flanged" edge all around the full circumferance of the masks as some users prefer this seal to the face. We also chose to change the inside nosepiece to a thinner and longer PVC foam, which some wearer's also prefer. Lastly, the MK series has a square shape exhalation valve which was chosen only as a design consideration in order to further differentiate this N95 model from our 9500 Comfort Series.

Envi910F Series of respirators has been designed without any metal in the construction to make them environmentally friendly. The soft inner layer provides for maximum comfort on the user's face. The adjustable looping style head straps provides a convenient way individual adjustment during donning and doffing. The head strap loop design also allows the mask to be hung around the neck when not in use. Low breathing resistance provide for a very comfortable wear. In North and South America, about 25% of the market prefers the vertical and flat folded style respirator, and this number is growing each year. The R95 respirators provide greater than 95% filter efficiency against oil and non-oil based particulate aerosols. These respirators are somewhat resistant to oils according to NIOSH standards. These respirators are also available with a layer of activated carbon for nuisance odor relief, or an exhalation valve for easy breathing.

We manufacture over 80 models of CE APPROVED disposable respirators for the European Community (some highlighted below). These respirators cover all levels of approval including FFP1, FFP2 and FFP3. Some respirators are produced without exhalation valves for work situations that are cool and not difficult to breathe in, while others are produced with our high functioning exhalation valves for use in hot and humid work conditions where a little extra ease of exhaling is required.

The respirators within this range can be purchased with a variety of headstraps, and with a carbon layer for relief against nuisance odors. These respirators can be used with all kinds of head and hearing protection products. A wide range of protection factors are available.

CE APPROVED RESPIRATORSOur MK Comfort Series of CE approved respirators have been designed to offer the end-user another option of a cone respirator in addition to our standard/original CE cone respirator. This series of respirator offers all the same great features and benefits of our original CE cone respirator, but in addition has a flanged sealed edge all around the entire mask. Some wearers of these masks prefer the fit that this design offers. With many of these masks, it is a matter of wearer preference.

Disposable respirators like these are most effective when there is an excellent seal between the mask and the wearer's face.

Envi910F Series of respirators has been designed without any metal in the constructions. Food service industries prefer respirators without a metal nosepiece, and it is environmentally friendly. The soft inner layer provides for maximum comfort on the user's face. Adjustable looping head straps provides a convenient way for donning and doffing, as well as to adjust the fit. The head strap loop design allows the mask to be hung around the neck when not in use. Very low breathing resistance provides a comfortable wear.
