Conclusions

The 2nd Pre-Salt Bidding Round incudes unitizable áreas

under exploration phase: Carcara and Gato do Mato;

Carcara and Gato do Mato are oil and gas accumulations on

the Pre-Salt play of Santos Basin;

Volume of oil in place estimated for Carcara are about 2.2

billion barrels of oil (only for the non-contracted area);

Volume in place estimated for Gato do mato are about 203

million boe (only for the non-contracted area).
