A cut-out is a blind with an area removed from it to avoid an existing obstruction. Please provide detailed measurements of the area to be removed, which should include:

Operating Your Cordless Blind

Tilting Wand: Rotate the wand to achieve the desired slat position.

To lower the blind: Pull the blind down, by hand, from the bottom rail. Slats can be in an opened or closed position when lowering the blind.

To raise the blind: Gently tilt the slats toward you at a 45 degree angle before lifting the bottom rail. Lift by hand, with slats in an open position.

*Do not leave slats in a closed up or closed down position while lifting the bottom rail.

Cord Tilt: Cord & Tassel Cord Drop Standard

• Measure from the top of head rail to the bottom of tassels, when slats are in level opening position.

• Custom Cord Drop: The cord drop must be less than 40% of the blind drop. Please follow the formula using the blind drop to calculate the custom cord drop:

• Y = Custom blind drop: 10” ≦ Y < 50 1/2” • Y2 = Minimum cord drop: Y2 = Y(0.4) - 1”

A cut-out is a blind with an area removed to avoid an existing obstruction. Please provide detailed measurements of the area to be removed, which should include: cut-out width, cut-out height, left width and right width.

1.Cut-outs are measured when slats are at a close position.2.Only complete slat cuts will be made; no partial slat cuts. 3. It’s recommended to provide a diagram similar to the one below.
